COVID-19 UPDATE

As things start to go back to normal, we understand you might be feeling a bit nervous about coming in to the practice. So, we have made some changes to ensure it’s as safe as possible for our team and patients.

You can book appointments online as normal, but we’ll give you a call before attending to make sure you have help with everything you need in advance.

HERE IS WHAT WE ARE DOING

To keep each other as safe as possible we are following government guidelines on social distancing. This includes limiting the number of patients in the practice at one time.

Following government guidelines, our team will be wearing PPE to protect themselves, as well as you. It is mandatory for patients to wear a face covering to their appointment.

Our consulting room and equipment is thoroughly disinfected after each patient, ready for the next appointment.

You’re welcome to try on glasses as usual, however we will ask that you hand them to our team to be disinfected before going back on display.

We’re also avoiding using cash, so if you can, please use card or electronic payment.

If you buy new glasses, ask us about home delivery, no need to come back into the practice to collect.
